I was feeling tired all the time a couple months ago and decided that I needed to get more exercise than the once a week soccer game I was doing. 24 Hour Fitness had a good deal and I decided to sign up.
After getting regular exercise, I found that I was much more alert at the screens and I was able to concentrate on my trades better. I was also a little more patient with a trade and could wait for the trade to develop like I planned. It felt good to get back in the weight room after not being a gym member for almost 5 years.
