I always have ideas about good things to test in Forex Tester, but I don’t always write them down. I have decided to make more of an effort to jot them down here for later reference. Maybe some of these ideas are setups you want to test yourself.
TEST
Draw Fib retracements on the 1 hour chart and see if there is a level that a pair is most likely to reverse at. For example, define a move as a minimum of X number of bars. Start drawing Fibs on each of these moves. Record the Fib level that price reversed at (if at all) and how many pips the bouce went for until the next reversal or fractal. Also record the relation of price to pivot points and favorite moving averages.
