class="wp-caption-text">It looks a lot bigger in real life!

Consistent trading profits are also elusive. Yes, that is a huge stretch…trying to connect a giant stuffed panda to Forex trading. But I’m trying…

Anyway, here is the trade:

The final result was a +0.61% on this trade. To see all of my trades in (almost) real time, check out my Wallaby setup on the 1H EURUSD, so I took it. The Wallaby indicator went divergent and Stochastics were way oversold.

As the yellow Stochastics line rolled over, I entered the trade. It was a good entry and exactly what I look for. The tough part then becomes managing the trade.

For some reason, I had a feeling that the initial profit past the entry was the best that it was going to get. Something told me to exit at that point, but I didn’t listen. Price dipped back down and I exited near my entry for a few pennies profit.

Judging by the current price action, that resistance may hold and my initial gut feeling was correct. Still too early to tell though.

I’m OK with how this trade turned out. Sure, I could have bagged a decent profit on the trade, but at least it wasn’t a loser. I’m getting better at letting trades go that “could have been” and this is a perfect example.

I just need to let it go and not let the result of this trade influence my next trade. To see all of my trades for the Wallaby, <a

The Wallaby has been doing OK so far.

Hope you are trading well!
