This Blog SUCKS!

Happy New Year everyone (to the two other people who read this blog besides me)!!  This blog sucks so bad that I had to light off some gigantic fireworks to illustrate how badly it sucks.

I don’t believe in New Year’s Resolutions, I think they are ridiculous because

anything worth starting is worth starting right now! However, I do believe in reviewing the past year and setting goals for the upcoming year as a yearly exercise.

One thing that I realized when reviewing my goals for 2008 is that I need to improve my trading and my blogging and I think that they will go hand-in-hand, helping me achieve my goal of becoming a professional trader.

I realized one thing though, there are many sites like mine on the internet. So how can I differentiate myself from other people and create a huge readership in the process? Well, the solution is simple. Zig Ziglar said it best when he said:

“You can have everything in life that you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.

Therefore, I am redoing my approach to this blog for 2008. I will continue to post my live trades to prove to you that you can become a professional trader from the comfort of your bedroom, but I will also start to create a community of amateur traders who want to become professionals or at least make a good second income from trading.

I want the readers of this blog to share their experiences for everyone’s benefit, so we can all help each other achieve our goals. I will also do more posts to help my readers become better forex traders.

Another personal goal of mine this year is to express my thoughts and I ideas more openly and freely. A friend of mine recently brought it to my attention that this is an area that I have to work on and I agree. How does this apply to this blog?
Well, this blog has been very bland up until this point and I will do everything in my mortal power to make it more interesting to read as well as more informative. Hopefully I can convey to you what is really going on in my little head and perhaps my experiences can help you too.

Anyway, it is kind of a slow night. There aren’t any trades that are jumping out at me at the moment, so I need to get caught up on some paperwork.

Here’s to a great (and very profitable) 2008!

Happy Trading,

Hugh
